20000 68th Ave W
Lynnwood, WA 98036-5999
Some great match ups to ensure a night of quality fights:
Undefeated Yancy Bagbey(5-0) defends his 205 AX fighitng lb Belt againt (5-1) Irwin Weiser. Yancey won his belt on Fox Sports NW at the the Conquest of the cage show in spokane. Irwin lost his first fight, but hasn't tasted defeat since and is on a 5 fight win streak, these two light heavyweights are ready for battle in the AX ring and both plan on taking the belt home!
The owner and head instructor of 5th element fighting, Aaron Macomber (1-3)steps into the AX ring for the first time to take on Brian Shade(1-1) of AKA in a 145 bout. Both these fighters have gym pride on the line!
If your a kickboxing fan, aggresive Sam Sitchaisai (5-4) from tacome will be fighting Christian Ortiz(2-0) of Arlington, in a super high energy Muay Thai bout at 130 lbs. If you have seen either of these two guys fight, then you know that you are in for a treat on this one!
Brandon Wieser(2-2) will be dropping down to the 145 lb weight division to fight undefeated Oregon fighter Shams Moussasoui (2-0). Brandon has struggled a bit with the heavier fighters, and this opponent will be a true test of his skills at a lighter weight.
After losing his TV debut, C3 fighter Mike Ingersoll (5-3) takes on Oregon's BJ San Lucas(3-2) in a 125 lb bout. Rumor has it that BJ's speed and technique may make it a short night for Mike.
5th element fighter Goreal Hudson (1-0) takes on newcomer Kyle Ozechowski from AKA in a 170 lb match up. AKA has been on a terror lately, winning 8 of their last 10 fights, can they keep the streak going?
AMMA's Ben Wada and Fight Connection's Jeremiah Perry will both be making their MMA debut at 130 lbs. Jeremiah is 1-0 in Kickboxing and also won the revolution grappling tournament (by Flying triangle choke!), Ben says he trains with better guys in the gym everyday. Only the AX ring will show who has the skills to be called champion.
Arlington's 170 lb Eric Lamphere(0-1) will face Bremerton's Dustin Welch(0-0) in a MMA bout, Eric is dropping down from 185, will the division drop help? or will Dustin prove to be to much?
Tri City's Steven Gonzales say that even though he has lost all 7 of his MMA fights, he has been a victim of bad match making. He asked AX to find him a fight where he could properly display his skills. We matched him up with Fight Connention's Zeke Zigler who has a 0-1 record, but put up a galant effort at our last AX show. Someone has to win this 155 fight!
Kade Lindstrom has destroyed his last to opponents in MMA in the 1st round using his powerful ground and pound techniques, this time we are forcing him to keep it standing in a kickboxing match against Tacoma's David Correa. this should be a interesting 190 lb Kickboxing match up as both fighters are wrestlers, but now must use punches and kicks to do their talking instewad of takedowns.
more match ups are in the works!!!!
